What is Qollop exactly?
Qollop is a Progressive Web App for contract capture in the field. Sales reps follow a guided wizard, the customer signs digitally, and the contract closes on-site.
Does Qollop work without internet?
Yes. Qollop is offline-first. Contracts can be captured entirely without a connection. Synchronisation happens automatically as soon as connectivity is back.
How does the digital signature work?
Customers sign by touch directly on the device. An optional biometric mode captures additional characteristics of the signature.
Can we separate multiple tenants or teams?
Yes. Qollop is multi-tenant and team-aware. Roles range from Super Admin to Admin, Team Lead, and individual contributor. CSV exports can be configured per tenant.
What happens to half-finished contracts?
Drafts are stored locally and safely. Switching apps or losing connectivity no longer means losing data.
